From purchase the yarn material to knitting, linking, washing, ironing, final inspection and packing, we used ERP management system for each department to control the quantity and quality. Our QA & QC department will finally make an inspection and upload the report to the ERP system before ex-factory.Our goal is to present a high quality, high-grade products to our clients.
Our designers often visit to Hong Kong and Europe to learn about fashion trends,catch the popular elements and design closely follows the international trend. We developed more than hundreds of new styles every season and shows in our showroom. The designs include knitting sweaters for Women & Men and Children and knitted hat/scarf/gloves/socks etc.. Also we are good at hand crochet sweater and crochet accessories, beading/ machine embroidery and so on.
Our company has an experienced senior merchandiser team, prepare documents, purchase yarns and accessories. Follow-up from samples to orders,ensure smooth communication between each departments. Control the product's quality and make sure delivery date is on time.
Our company has an independent sample room , including advanced instruments and skilled technicians,efficiently finish the samples. A number of hand craft technicians, according to client's requirements with cutting and sewning, ironing drill, embroidery, beading and other workmanship. We make samples according to the client's designs and sample leadtime time is 5-7 days.
